A smart 1940s tailored suit designed with wartime economy in mind and cleverly intended to be made from a man's suit. The fitted, single-breasted jacket features notched lapels, shaped seams and tailored pockets, paired with a simple coordinating skirt for a classic two-piece silhouette.
Unprinted pattern. Pattern has been checked and is Incomplete. Only four of the original 12 pattern pieces are included: Skirt Back (11), Skirt Front (12), Welt (6) and Flap (8). All other jacket pieces are missing.
Original Anne Adams instruction wrap is included and has age-related wear, creasing and discolouration consistent with age and storage.
