Front buttoned blouse with long or short set in sleeves; lined, single breasted, dart fitted weskit; four gore slim skirt; three gore box pleated skirt. Blouse has convertible neckline, long sleeves gathered into buttoned bands, short sleeves turned back to form cuffs. Slim skirt has stitched fly pleat at front, low walking pleat at back. Slim skirt has zipper placket at left side, pleated skirt at center back.
Printed pattern. Pattern has been checked and is Cut & Complete. Missing instructions.
Envelope has very tatty wear and tear consistent with age and storage. Top of the envelope is torn.
