Lightly shaped dress, with contrast neckband and front panel, may be sleeveless or have long set-in sleeves gathered into bands of neckband fabric. Front panel is two-piece and has inverted pleat with underlay in skirt section. Neckband is faced and may be interfaced. When front panel is a third fabric, grosgrain ribbon is applied on dress fronts and included in neckband seam, and diamond shaped trim of neckband fabric is applied over ribbon and panel above pleat. Dress has zipper in back seam and may be underlined.
