The bodice is shirred at the front shoulders and gathered at the front and back waistline. Styles I and III are made with high, round necklines and contrasting cap sleeves. Armhole seams are highlighted with outline stitch, sequins or coaching. The multi-gored skirt is slimly flared. In Style II, the keyhole neckline is trimmed with outline stitch, sequins or coaching. Bracelet sleeves are gathered at the lower edge.
